Project Daphne: Site Selection and business consulting for an energy related manufacturing facility. Last month we conducted the Project Daphne Familiarization Tour. During the tour, we went to (4) regions and met with over 50 representatives consisting of local utilities, the AHJ, universities along with regional and state EDOs discussing why their community is the ideal community to invest.
While negotiations are ongoing, our NDA limits what we can say, but what we can tell you is that this project brings together the best of industry, community, and economic development wrapped in a favorable access to capital program blending both U.S. and international incentives.
We can't wait until we are allowed to tell you more!

Market Entry Consulting: Two eastern European companies looking to expand operations in the USA: One is looking at a $20 mm expansion in the Pacific Northwest, and the other is looking at a $100 mm greenfield investment in the southern states. Both are working out their 2024 action plans and we should have an update in Q1, 2024. New energy related facility in S.E Asia by U.S. Company: Preliminary stages with gathering information about target area, local incentives, and using both the EXIM Bank, DFC, and the target county's EXIM for assistance. Market entry and expansion in the U.S. South: Seasoned international advanced manufacturing company looking for opportunities for expansion and/or acquisition in the American South. Early stages, developing scope and program requirements.
EDO Consulting:
We continue to work with an Area Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) / unit of government in Texas to fine tune their local incentives and descriptions of their 3pl+ service offering to an international market. In the past month we have been reviewing their incentive options and comparing them to adjacent states.

ITAGC: STATE OF PLAY: GLOBAL TRADE OUTLOOK 2024: Isabelle Icso, the U.S. Chamber's International Policy Director, identifies areas & regions of commercial opportunity in 2024.
Amid all of the global uncertainties facing the U.S. business community in 2024, Isabelle Icso will apply her expertise & insight to identify areas & regions of commercial opportunity.
Isabelle Icso, Director of International Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, advocates for the Chamber’s international trade and investment priorities before the administration, Congress, and foreign governments. She focuses on U.S.-China relations, efforts surrounding the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, Russia-related sanctions, and the World Trade Organization, among others.
