March 26, 2024 March has been an exhilarating month of global exploration and strategic engagements for us! Our journey took us from Texas, where we meticulously surveyed existing conditions for Project Daphne, to Berlin and Venice, signing an MOU for equipment procurement.
But the adventure didn't stop there! We joined industry leaders at LiveXchange in Richmond, Virginia, exchanging insights and forging invaluable connections. Additionally, our calendar was brimming with productive trade commissioner meetings, new prospect engagements, and entitlement discussions, amplifying our network and vision. |

Site Selection and business consulting for an energy related manufacturing facility. Last month we narrowed the initial search to a few locations and also visited two more possible locations. We have started the due diligence on two primary sites. As part of our work, we have been researching and discussing local incentives, project phases, detailed site analysis, lease discussions, HVAC and other energy upgrades, and transformer availability as well as financing options.
While negotiations are ongoing, our NDA limits what we can say, but what we can tell you is that this project brings together the best of industry, community, and economic development wrapped in a favorable access to capital program blending both U.S. and international incentives.
We can't wait until we are allowed to tell you more!

Project
"Helen" aims to establish a Solar Manufacturing and Technology Park,
fostering economic resilience by producing 51% Made in USA PV Solar Panels with
domestic components. This initiative seeks to unite U.S. firms and global
manufacturing expertise, mitigating logistic bottlenecks and reducing carbon
footprint. The Park, with its 1.3 GW PV module facility, will host various
manufacturing units, an Innovation Center, and community solar areas.
Sites
meeting specified criteria, including acreage, infrastructure, and community
ties, are sought, with preference for designated Energy Communities. Our client
offers to be the Anchor Tenant, aiding in grants, government relations, and
trade missions.
Familiarization tours to review candidate sites are slated for May 2024!

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Business Facilities Magazine's LiveXChange event, and I'm thrilled to share my experience! With over 25 municipalities/EDOs and 30 site consultants coming together, it was a powerhouse gathering where innovative ideas and best practices were exchanged.
Kudos to Business Facilities Magazine for orchestrating such a dynamic event, fostering collaboration and driving progress in economic development. It was inspiring to witness firsthand the energy and enthusiasm as leaders from various sectors converged to strategize on new projects and initiatives.
Events like LiveXChange are vital for cultivating partnerships, sparking innovation, and propelling economic growth. Richmond, VA, served as the perfect backdrop for this gathering, offering a vibrant environment conducive to productive discussions and meaningful connections.
A big thank you to Neil Eisenberg and his incredible team at Group C Media. I can't wait to see the exciting projects that emerge from this exceptional effort.
